Chief Marketing Officer / CMO (Affiliate Program)

About Us:

We are a well-established company in the gambling/betting niche, with two online casino brands that have been on the market for 12 and 5 years. We seek a passionate, experienced Head of Marketing to lead our partner program and drive growth.

About the Role:

As a CMO (Affiliate Program), you will be responsible for affiliate partnership identity, as well as for developing and executing our partnership program marketing strategy and building and maintaining relationships with key partners.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to attract and retain new affiliates through indirect advertising, offer promotions, and public relations.

• Create the affiliate partnership program identity.

• Lead affiliate partnership program brand.

• Handle marketing campaigns efficiently.

• Draft core of communication and presence rules and procedures (brand book, tone of voice, offline marketing).

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to showcase its value proposition and strengthen its reputation.

• Oversee online and offline marketing campaigns to make affiliate partnerships stronger and increase the pool of partners.

• Manage marketing team to build a strong affiliate partnership brand.

Your Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

• In-depth knowledge of the affiliate/CPA marketing landscape in both the CIS and international markets.

• Proven ability to create and manage sales funnels, set goals, and track performance.

• Expertise in online and offline advertising, including banner placements, merch distribution, and email marketing.

• Strategic thinking and budgeting skills to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
