Position Summary:

Wayzim is looking for a person who will join our international sales team to perform sales and business development in Russian market by expanding the customer base and strengthening the relationships with existing clients, experienced in the same industry (work with conveyor sorting systems would be an extreme advantage).

Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential clients in appropriate industries;
  • Client visits, perform product presentation and evaluate needs of the client;
  • Follow the client lifecycle from the first contact to deal closing;
  • Develop and implement assigned sales plan to achieve sales team's goals;
  • Identify and analyze marketing, sales and customer services operational issues, suggest solutions;
  • Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth;
  • Work in our internal CRM system and keep all activities and deals up-to-date, deliver accurate business reports;
  • Maintain customer relationship and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business;
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs;
  • Promote company positive image and increase its recognition in the market;
  • Proactively hunting for target organizations and communication with those businesses that can benefit from company's services and products.
Requirements:
  • Higher technical or similar education;
  • 3 years+ of proven business development and sales experience in the same industry (conveyor sorters or similar equipment);
  • Passion for sales, proven success in a challenging sales or marketing role;
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders;
  • Ability to meet priorities, deadlines and objectives;
  • High level of problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Creative, self-disciplined team player;
  • English (Intermediate level at least);
  • Cross functional experience (preferably).
  • Chinese language and experience working with Chinese companies would be a plus.

通过分析业务需求确定新机遇;
宣传公司的正面形象,提高公司在市场上的知名度;
主动寻找目标组织,并与那些能够从公司服务和产品中受益的企业进行沟通。

职位要求:
高等技术或类似教育;
3 年以上同行业(输送机分拣机或类似设备)业务开发和销售经验;
对销售充满热情,在具有挑战性的销售或营销岗位上取得过成功;
出色的沟通技巧和影响高层领导的能力;
能够完成优先事项、截止日期和目标;
高水平的解决问题和组织能力;
有创造力、自律的团队合作者;
英语(至少达到中级水平);
跨职能经验(最好)。
会说中文并有与中国公司合作经验者优先。
